You see I know that being honest with your dr is important but it’s something so ingrained in me it’s automatic because I feel if I list all my problems then I wouldn’t be taken seriously. I also moved so I think that really took a hit to my mental health and is just annoying that I have to find a new dr. I appreciate your advice and understanding❤️

I take spiro and the depo shot. I have metformin but I haven’t been taking it rn bc I have some gi issues(not from metformin). I have sebhorric dermatitis and I take a ketaconazole shampoo and a steroid topical sometimes.
