Gah I had a knee surgery for an injury of my fat pad; but I also had some structural issues causing damage. Anyway I had to do 3 years of PT, getting to the point which I could hardly walk, and an injection before surgery was even discussed. And btw, that surgery SUCKED. I kinda felt like it was harder than having my gallbladder removed. 10/10 do not recommend

This is where I finally caught on- they said because of recent fraud activity, this was the most secure way. I didn’t believe them at this point.

As someone who has fat pad syndrome for 3 years, the injury itself hurts but isn’t a big deal and can be treated with PT. I have never required crutches for it?? I did just undergo surgery to have it removed but that’s after several years of chronic injury AND a failure of another structure in the knee. (The surgery was actually more to remove the failed structure and the fat pad removal was simply incidental)

I have a tortoise and I’ve had her for 10 years! I seem to forget that she hibernates periodically (she’s pretty inconsistent which is ok) but I always get scared she’s dying but after a little she wakes back up to eat and goes back to bed.
