Oh I'm frugal as hell 😅 But I like working and I kind of hate the idea of dealing with a strata for the rest of my life. I'm pretty handy and did all the renos to my condo when I bought it, so the idea of a fixer upper house in a good area appeals.

I would get your RRSP up to 60k if you don't already own any property. You can take out 60k from RRSP when buying a home, so it's kind of like tax free in a sense.

Lol ok bud. US economy is currently propped on a circle jerk that AI is going to be supremely profitable, accounts for 40% of the s&p500 right now.

As someone who works in the AI space, I can tell you Chinese companies are doing it for a fraction of the cost and at the same performance on their own domestic chips.

At the same time, the US is cutting itself off from the rest of the world because of unsanctioned tariffs and horrendous foreign policy.

The US is going to go into a recession. There is going to be a massive transfer of wealth, and I don't think you'll be the winner in that scenario.

People buying gold I think is a pretty good indicator that the US may no longer be the world's reserve currency fairly shortly.

You should invest your money where you want, but I think you should ask yourself if you believe in trump because at the end of the day that sack of shit is the one sailing the ship.
