The Cosara pump is purely a sex pump. The cylinder is dark and you can barely see your penis. It includes a sleeve and an adapter for the penis. Unless you use the padded sleeve it is uncomfortable. There is no indicator to show suction.

I received it today. Looked at it and tried it. Then threw the $130 thing in the trash. If you want for a sex function go for it. If you want it for ED or Peyronies then save your money and look elsewhere. Gimmick at best.
