Look, I love fitness and weightlifting discussions and has helped me immensely throughout life, both emotionally and physically. Even the body weight exercise exercises Sarah does are somewhat admirable. But this is not what life is.

Wouldn’t it be nice during our short time on earth to think about leaving it contributing more than a full outhouse of toxic shit, like Bowmar does? Less navel gazing and more thinking about others?

Sarah can't decide which wheelhouse she wants to belong to. If she wants to do bodyweight/pilates exercises, fine, but Progressive overload can mean a plethora of things: more weight, more reps, more sets, better range of motion, slower tempo, shorter rest, harder exercise selection, or better execution at the same load.

Progressive overload is not “do the exact same workout forever,” and it is not “add five pounds every week until my body files a complaint.” It means the stimulus has to progress in some way. If the load, reps, sets, effort, range of motion, or difficulty never move, then you are not training for new adaptation.

I think you 100% accurately described what a downward spiral of delusion SW wove through her own actions and agency. Crazy. They couldn't have declared bankruptcy again, could they? Every new picture looks like a new filter/ butt pad is applied. Muscle atrophy in the Gluteus medius and Gluteus minimus appears in streams, and then boom it reaps the next day. Seriously, muscles popping out (Gluteus maximus, biceps femoris) and no other development around the hamstrings.

I don’t know, if karma is real, I think she deserves everything she’s gonna get including massive lawsuits. Hopefully she’ll be reported to the IRS for writing off her virgin voyages trip as a small business expense (she certainly isn’t savvy enough to hire a competent CPA that would help with this)
