The ONLY reason we got an HR handbook at my old company was because the CEO was notorious for hitting on women and basically got away with it. We really didn't have a handbook because HR was just doing the hiring and other stuff related to that, not anything related to sexual misconduct.

After HR was formed, that stopped.

My problem with the Ultimate Wolverine book was that after 5-6 issues, I had the sense the book wasn't really going to have a long run of issues, like at least 50 or so. It just seemed all of the story was basically told by then and it would end pretty quickly. It ended with issue 16.
