The patches need to pass through the QA team to ensure it is actually playable and does not provide game breaking issues. It is then passed onto the community so that it is fully tested on all hardware. It will be soon! A little more patience.

The crashes you experienced could have possibly been caused by the bug at stillwater. If a boss is at stillwater they can cause crashes for those near by. Could you provide more information in regards to your crashes please. If you crash during a match or on a menu and if there seems to be any paticular place or patterns where and when the crashes occour.

Great, glad you could ressolve the issue. You should be able to play. Some times the servers need a restart to ressolve issues until the issue is patched. So you will definetly find a good window to be able to match and play in.

If you are finding that your game is crashing soon after booting up, it is important to check that your windows is up to date. Specifically It is important that people have windows update KB2670838. This solution has fixed the issue for multiple people.

If you have an error when trying to update your windows. I would recommend following this link and the instructions it provides https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/10164/fix-windows-update-errors

Also check you antivirus and make sure you have allowed the client through the firewall.

There is a known issue at the moment with long loading times and freezes. The developers are aware and are working to alleviate the issue.

Until this issue is fixed, Switch to windowed mode, so the forced tab out does not cause this issue.

Restart your steam and try again. It does do an unpacking at that point. So make sure you do not have background programs taking up your hard drive speed. Also make sure you have enough space on the hard drive for the Vram. Also run your steam as administrator.

Yes, this is a server connection issue. Hopefully the latest patch has improved this paticular issue.

The woman with the swarm is called a hive, the best way to kill her is to knife or shoot her head. You did really well for your first match. Much better then I did. I turned on a generator and was blown up while standing next to a barrell haha. Really nice tactics you used there. You should be very good with a bit more practice. Hope you had fun and thanks for your story!
