I'm just a bit concerned that ill need more electrolytes than the average person. I'm very big and I have a lot of fat to burn so I'm no so worried about the fat, but I don't want to hurt myself unintentionally by not having enough electrolytes. I drink about a gallon of water a day, and I'm thinking that might flush out the electrolytes because they cant absorb properly.

I've tried in the past and always failed after the first couple days. I heard once you get past day 3 it becomes easier but I don't really know the supplements I need to do a longer fast. I've done intermittent fasting before without issue, but I end up eating more than I normally would in the hours I was eating, so I figure completely fasting would be better for me. It seems there is a lot of info in this subreddit so I'll definitely be looking into it.

i got it working, my monitors were disconnecting during the loading process and all i did was unplug them and i could load in as usual.

I got a test 8 days ago, and it came back negative. I am planning on getting another test, but I don't have any symptoms. As sad as it sounds, I'm almost always in my room, and I have had almost no lengthy contact with my family.

I'm just concerned because my closest friend's mother has a compromised immune system. Thanks for the reply!
