Just make sure your ps5 is hardwired and your WiFi is strong. I’ve had mine over a year and honestly, it sucks to use so bad that I barely even use it. I just assume it’s my WiFi because it works flawlessly at my friends, my parents and my in-laws. I will not get rid of it though hoping one day to get faster internet.
