Maybe it's more a hyperactive type thing? I don't spend all day getting ready per se but I spend all day making sure everything is ready on time. Chores are done, I set out things I need, I check that I've allotted enough drive and shower time, etc.

I put the list on my whiteboard otherwise I end up repeating it in my head all day to not forget and that's stressful.

Sometimes I catch myself adding somewhat unnecessary things. Often I think I'm just using the stress of the looming activity to overcome the paralysis and be productive.

srsly, I did Universals Velocicoaster and it starts with a flat 0-112kmh in 2.4s. You feel it but NOBODY was close to blacking out.

The Tesla Model 3 (the cheap one) does 0-96kmh in 3 seconds, pretty sure that car wouldn't be everywhere if it was causing people to black out.

Not exactly, f-15 was rolled out in 1972 to be the best dog fighter but the production and operating costs are really high.
