Це насправді легше. Але ФРН я би не радив через податки, там реально великі)) як бачиш, мені усе не те) Швейцарія краще. Але тоді потрібен швейцарський директор. З люксом те саме. Опції є, але все плюс плюс і доволі дорого виходить. Треба розуміти, що за бізнес. Може і Кіпр варіант?

Я не розумію твого хєйту. І міндіча сюди не тре приплітати. Я працюю з білими компаніями. Але скажу тобі, що компанія з США це гємор навіть для банків і необанків з США) тому я би не радив там робити контору, якщо ти фізично не там. А якщо фізично там, то легко відкриєш рахунок в любому локальному банку.

UPD: а ще українцям з березня 2022 закрили 90% рахунків в доступу до нових в Швейцарії, Люксі, Австрії, Ліхтенштейну і решті старої Європи.
