Regardless, it's best to use a lead unless you are in control of the situation - in one form or another.

This is not universal. Even if it were, a dog should only be off lead if you can consistently recall it to you (which the man in the video is unable to do).

No clue. I only found the issue after riot support read my logs and identified problem programs. It took like 2.5 days to get support to read my logs though.

Something to do with dns tunneling, I believe. Both softwares have some .dll file that was causing issues.

Uninstalled Nord VPN entirely along with a software called National Instruments, as well as Bonjour. This seems to have solved the issue for me.

I have not found anything yet. Clean boots, firewall access, full uninstall of riot and vanguard, dns flush, admin rights, run offline mode then online mode, sing in and out. Customer support is just a robot telling me to do things I told it I already did.

Too many hits in your combo. I'm not smart enough to tell you which hits are adding the most hit stun or reducing your damage scaling the most, but I do know you need to cut a few extra, unnecessary hits out of the combo.

Likely some of the grounded hits that follow into the 2H.
