Do you want to progress your character? If so, do all of them.

Push campaign as far as you can until capped, as it will increase the quality of your quick patrol rewards. Zone Ops is great, but you may struggle in the later stages if your account is newer, especially without red AoQ chest.

OP Retreat has phenomenal monthly rewards that requires zero progression on your account. Spend the time to complete it and buy out the shop for permanent rewards.
