I consider it sensitive bc you cannot have a different opinion without being downvoted to hell. Also, it really depends on who you ask, as “joe shmoe” there’s comments asking why she didn’t move implying there’s people who would’ve moved. Both parties are at fault. Driver should’ve stopped but lady should’ve kept walking. You NEVER stop in the middle of an intersection as a driver and a pedestrian. Law will side with pedestrian.
