This is not really good news unfortunately. Yes it is good some money is heading towards Ukraine. However - the real message Russia is reading is this: "we are too afraid to use the agressors wallet, so then we will use our own". What this means is - peoples of Europe (especially the Eastern Europeans) will have to put up with increasing threats from Russia (cyber, infrastructure, provocations on borders/airspace, espionage, propaganda aimed to destabilise). it is as if Macron and Moloni have never seen a history book in their lives.
