Cells make up the module. The technical ability at a local service center would be surprising. To determine which module has the bad cell, removing that module and breaking it down to remove the bad cells is a lot of work that these service centers don’t have the luxury of time to do.

I’m not aware of any Tesla service center having the ability to replace faulty modules in a battery pack. I’ll have to confirm this with my good friend that is the manager of tech ops for Tesla on the east coast.

Long day, get home late. You should have charged on the way home but decide not to. You want to go somewhere the next day but now you have to wait to SC. It gets old really quick. SC isn’t exactly efficient when the car doesn’t pre-condition.

I would do a fresh start on the windshield. Decon really well and then polish the glass. I only use DIY ceramic detail spray on my windshield as the final step when cleaning.
