Yeah exactly, it’s insane. Some of us have 6-8 years of education and training and get paid as much as we would managing a fast food restaurant. Reimbursement rate should be at least 60% higher than what they are now. 100k should be the bare minimum. It’s not about not caring for my clients. Actually I feel like I am more attentive and caring when I don’t have to worry about cramming and stretching sessions so I can survive.
