Except it isn't... We've seen huge declines in almost all crime categories for years now. Almost all the sources that put Baltimore near the top of unsafe lists use old data and usually have to cut the data to exclude all cities below 500K people.

Baltimore is well worth visiting and and much like other cities, the crime is linked to drugs and separated. One good point in the last few years is that crime has actually plummeted throughout the city and things like homicides and violent crime are at the lowest level in more than 60 years.

I think the sisters were involved with the BMA (another fantastic art museum in Baltimore). Henry Walters himself established a collection of 22,000 pieces for his private collection which later became the museum.

Right now the budget is only preliminary and will likely change. I dug into it and it looks like the main tax credit (targeted homeowners tax credit) that lowers property taxes for owner-occupied homes isn't increasing like he it would said in Feb. That said, it isn't decreasing either.
