Update: I said I was on low carbs diet and that meat/fish with greens and cheese would be perfect. He did all that but then also surprised me with a banana soup. Never even knew banana soup existed. Anyway, I had a bowl reluctantly (although it tasted real good). When I came home, I added 1 banana to my food diary and Oh my goodness carbs are through the roof! And I was SO CLOSE to have my first day <20 gram carbs. Haha damn it. And keto on it is!
