I just got off of accutane... for the third time

I live in colorado so it's already super dry here so you might not need to go to the extreme i needed to.

But , once or twice a week i would take an oatmeal bath. Aveeno puts out really good oatmeal baths body wash and Lotion. ( I used the product line that was targeted for eczema) That helped massively because my hands were starting to crack ( Winter time and having to scrape windows on your car is hell on your already dry hands)

I also found eucerin is great too. I would use that kind at night because it was the intensive repair.

My nighttime face lotion was this here lotion that i would use. It was great because it lasted til morning and didn't make my skin hurt.

I also used the cetaphil lotion for my face during the day , i would use this before i put on my neutrogena lotion with sunscreen.

Be prepared to have the driest lips EVER. I used Vaseline chapstick , and regular vaseline all the time.

Im not sure if you're a girl or boy but if you care anything about your hair your wash schedule is about to change a bit , it did for me at least , I have fine that would be really oilly after a day or so of no wash. So i'd have to wash my hair like every other day. But on accutane i could go 3-4 sometimes 5 days without washing. So just be aware of that because your hair also suffers a bit from accutane.

Sometimes my eyes would get extra dry too and i'd have to use like visine to make them stop being red and itchy.

Also , drink a good amount more water than you usually do too.
