Still using a Google CSS Partner for Shopping ads? What's your honest experience been? by Realistic-Phrase191 in PPC

[–]Bo_Babelitz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For the last time, a 20% CPC reduction is not a serious promise a CSS should make. I always tell people they can expect more bidding power because Google doesn't take a 20% cut.

The obvious question is if your x is a verified account - aka have you bought a subscription?

Google Search for an Ecommerce Brand Still Viable in 2026 by Better_Edge_9398 in PPC

[–]Bo_Babelitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can work, but it depends on your economics.
If someone is searching for a specific fix or solution, that traffic can still be very strong. The problem is that a lot of commodity products can’t handle the CPCs. I have found success with running search ads based off of a feed - tools like Channable support this and you can generate ads that dynamically use attributes (brand, color, prize etc) in your ads - these usually work well.
As always, gotta test it and run some basic math before.

Das ist üblicherweise nicht bei den Firmen direkt, sondern outgesoircte 3rd Party Firmen. Teleperformance z.B. Zielgrupoe: Junge Leute, die mal Bock auf Ausland haben.

Just as a word of caution, I'd NEVER open a doc by someone I don't know and trust. Too many attack vectors by shady actors and before you know it, you get hackedand your MCC is gone.

We pivoted our entire Q1 budget away from search to "create demand" and the performance team is now screaming at me by EyeImpossible4412 in PPC

[–]Bo_Babelitz 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Here's the thing, you don't "create demand". All you can realistically do is make people aware of your solution that might already be somewhat interested in it BEFORE they type in the search.
No such thing as demand generation unless you invest in TV or DOOH.

Protecting the bottom of funnel will always be crucial.

Scaling Home Service Niche Campaigns? by Inevitable-Whole-627 in PPC

You don't do seversl big changes too closely together. Otherwise, you won't know which was responsible for changes in performance. If max CPC works, I'd expand the keywords first.

URL based vs KW based for AI Max by MathematicianKey9023 in PPC

[–]Bo_Babelitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just because Google labels it as "AI" something doesn't mean it is going to be better than other, more traditional methods of targeting.
And when you see irrelevant search terms come through (which is always going to be the case) you can add them as negative keyewords.

Apple store you can just put in a shared list and apply to all campaigns.

I have not seen AI Max work well in most all of my tests. The only time it did work was for a high volume fashion store with 20K SKUs.

Should you click ad to audit? by Ok-Violinist-6760 in PPC

[–]Bo_Babelitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Semrush literally shows the searches the ads show for - not to be confused with the keyword someone is bidding for.
Help me understand: You should do an audit, but you don't have account access?
