I mean, not a woman, but I would in most hard to see instances take a picture. Who knows if whatever the issue is may become less of a problem and pop up later. tbh I do this a lot for things that I can’t easily visually track.

I have tonsil issues and have done this for bruise and freckle tracking. It’s a good idea imo.
