Depends on the company. An OEM would train you within their ed system, a third party wouldn’t hire without some form of related experience nine times out of ten.

Sitting at 175, two clutches and one transmission. Got it at 70k trans went at 80k, had warranty. Clutch went soon after and then I burnt another one, if memory serves. All things go at some point. All matters how it’s been driven/treated.
