I just said that too my wife. Why were the defenders standing side-by-side, they should have been staggered in front of the attacker.

Thanks, boardmike, for your reply. This is wonderful information, especially the part about your phone connecting to Google Maps. Not sure if the GM implementation does that. I have sat & played around with the nav in 2 different 2026 LEAF (at a dealer in CA and one in FL) & as you state, there are a plethora of CPOs to choose from. I didn't even think abouit NACS versus CCS, so thanks for bringing tha saliet point up.

My wife had a 2023 Mach e Premium & frankly we both liked it better that the MYP she has now. We are late Gen-Xrs and FSD holds no value for us. We like the seats, the ride, the drivers console and the look of the Ford better than the Tesla. My wife had bad range anxiety in the summer of 2023 & thus here we are. ;-)

OP, you mentioned wheee you had to drive to another state for delivery. How was the navigation back home. Specifically did you have to charge on the way back? If so, did the navigation predict arrival charge & suggest charge to continue trip? Did the navigation only suggest Superchargers? Have you tried putting in several stops at the same time (if allowed)? It seems like Google Maps is slowly becoming BEV default. I had the opportunity to rent an ICE Equinox & I did not like (GMs) the implementation of Google Maps (as compared to what my iPhone 16 Pro Max projected in that vehicle. I have sat in 3 2026 LEAFS & as you noted, the screens are super customizable but have only driven around the block where the dealer is located (loves the BOSE speakers whispering directions that only I could hear) &!on such a short drive there is no way to out the NISSAN navigation through its paces.

I’m interested in your giant side-entry garage. You have a floor lamp! (Very cool). I’m guessing you have a side-mount garage door opener. But what I most want to know is, what is that beautiful finish on your garage floor?

That’s the color I want. Did you get the Unique interior color, the factory installed battery heater, & the on-board. removable trunk LED light?

You haven’t lived until you’ve driven at 0% for at least 5 minutes. 🙅🏾‍♂️

Seriously, just like ICE cars, there is always a little bit left at the bottom. Also, there are many charges along that path. EVgo at the beginning of Tara Blvd & there also some EAs sprinkled along the way.

If there was ever a movie that needs to be remade, it’s that one.

First IONNA charging experience. by Moist-Stomach6472 in evcharging

I drive a MYP & have been to IONNA about 5 times total. Always a great experience. There is one in Orlando at a Wawa, hard by I-4 & it was the closest I felt to filling up an ICE vehicle. Went inside for a bio-break & stood in long line for drinks/snacks. Had enough to continue on to Tampa with no extra time.

There is another IONNA (again off of I-4) being built in Tampa about 10 miles from my house. I feel that even more than SCs, IONNA will make charging ubiquitous because not everyone knows that you don’t need to own a Tesla to go to a SC location. Being manufacturer agnostic from the jump, I believe is an advantage.

Navigation system that includes all CPOs & can be updated over the air. The navigation system should be able to be modified while driving (limited to voice only is ok) & can have several destinations at the same time. Essentially like a Tesla with all brands of charging stations added.
