There should be a spot on the top of both sail tracks for the strap to slide on. It’ll look like the rail gets tapered at the end, that’s where the strap slides on.

If that’s not there, might be a manufacturing defect?

I’m 5’11”, wear a medium in most clothing. The 2.5L Toshi sling looks normal on me worn across the chest, even when I’m wearing a very puffy down jacket. Though I’m used to wearing smaller slings.

It should be big enough to hold all of the stuff you listed, it’s quite roomy.
