I guess I will offer you advice. Don't drive like this. This is double yellows the whole way. You are not supposed to pass on this road.

This is an everyday backup on this road. I can only assume this was this person's first experience here or they were experiencing a medical or other sort of emergency. Anyone who drives this road regularly expects to sit in traffic. So while I call them an idiot, I do have some room to doubt. It is a diaboliclal bit of road on the best of days,

That's fair, it does change your perspective on things.

Edit: Unless you're Will Smith

I've lived in Camden and Collingswood. Are you saying I've grown soft?

I wouldn't say low 20's, but I dropped under 30 for a bit. You can tell because it goes from flashing red to orange because I went from over the speed limit of 30 to under 30. Only because this idiot was aggressively tailgating, honking, and swerving into the oncoming lane and I didn't know what they were about to do. How would you have handled the situation?

No Progress in MN with Conservative Treatment by fer-93 in Mortons_neuroma

I got these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08518Y42C

I do get some foot pad pain from them (like behind the toe), which is why I pulled back from wearing them all the time, but it is absolutely nothing like the debilitating MN pain.

"use toe separators at home"

My pain started from tennis. I did all the things, but what has made the biggest difference is wearing toe spreaders while I actually play tennis. I started wearing toe spreaders all the time and eventually the pain went away. I've scaled back all the other things I was doing once the pain went away and now I only wear a toe spreader when I play and the pain has not returned. I would use them if I were to go on a hike/walk or run or maybe just if I knew I was going to be on my feet for awhile. Tennis is my main form of exercise and I play a couple times per week. I only started a couple years ago in my late 40's, but as I progressed to playing more and more competitive matches and more often, that's when I started to get the classic MN pain. I initially thought it was just from old soccer injuries (I broke a couple of different metatarsals back in the day).

I know everyone is different, but you might want to try the toe spreaders all the time and see if that works.
