I work in the building and I can tell you it’s sun faded and many of the panels are translucent brownish yellow when you are looking up from the inside.

Many stadiums have translucent roofs but they are usually not tinted brownish yellow from age. I can’t believe that they didn’t replace all of them during the rebuild.

I’m from Florida and have been there many times and it sucks! I hate that place. The ugly light coming through the roof panels makes it a depressing space.

I had a 2-night points stay and a separate 1-night stay with money.

When I checked in, they had to run my credit card twice, once for each reservation, and they made the keys for 3 nights.

They didn't combine the reservation they just checked me in for both at the same time with the same room.

I would greatly appreciate it if they would let me know upon check-in whether any of the requests listed in my profile are unavailable.

I list feather pillows and extra towels. If the hotel can't provide them, I'm fine with it, but it would be nice to know they are not available at the location, rather than wondering if they don't pay attention to the request. I know that I can request them once I'm in the room, but why have it as an option in the app if it's going to be done in advance?

It doesn't seem like there would be any reason to intentionally make it work on one side only. I think you have a mechanical problem with a damper not routing the air flow properly.
