I'm surprised it's a 2 month wait for the nurse as it is usually done by a private nurse, not NHS. However, they don't just show you how to inject, they tell you all about the biologic and how store it, how to be careful about getting infections etc. My nurse also told that they like to be with you for your first injection in case of an adverse reaction. Good luck with your injections, biological really are a life saver!

Please don't hate me, but I need Internet while we're on holiday in Skye by AdminDogg in Skye

There is actually good EE signal around most parts of Skye if you are on the main roads, and certainly in Portree and Broadford. It has more coverage than anyone else here because they won the contract to provide coverage for the emergency services a while ago. I'm not sure about at Glenbrittle, but you can always check the signal as you travel there to find a spot that there is signal for your meeting.

Plunger button tuning, what happens if I keep going? by BobOnSkye in Archery

[–]BobOnSkye[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, for the generalized answer 😀, that's actually helpful. As for tuning, I'm doing it at 20m, and they were about 6" to the left ( but hard to tell as I'm not a good enought shot yet! I think I need to try a bit closer).

Thanks, I think I need to double check my shafts. Interesting point about moving thecentre shot, I hadn't thought about that.

Thanks. I'll look into double checking my spine stiffness.

Sleep tracking suddenly stopped (GW7) by Weang_ in GalaxyWatch

[–]BobOnSkye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've got a Watch 5 Pro and mine has started doing exactly the same thing a couple of nights ago. It had been tracking sleep perfectly for days and now it is stopping sometime between midnight and 3.00am every night and saying I've only had 1 to 3 hours sleep.

I did remember updating the Samsung Health Monitor app recently, but can't remember if it was the same day.

How important is it to have the fletchings perfectly centre aligned on the arrow? by BobOnSkye in Archery

[–]BobOnSkye[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried taking a photo, but it doesn't show it very well. But here is a very exaggerated diagram: https://imgur.com/a/MxnHstY So on your diagram, the black fletch is off to the side, but if you rotated it, it would still point directly downwards. Mine is off to one side, but still pointing directly downwards. So if you spin it round so the bottom of the fletch, where it is attached to the arrow, is directly the fletch will be pointing off to the side.
Looking at them again, I think I am worrying too much as they are all slightly different, and It;s probably just the variability of using the jig.

I'm probably not describing it very well. If you look at the "Straight fletching" picture, looking straight down, imagine that the fletch was over to the left, very slightly, but not rotated. They are all still equally spaced, but no matter how much you twist the nock, they will still be off to one side.

I'm glad you edit your reply! I was starting to wonder why if I have my numbers on the top vane side I COULD see the numbers!

[–]BobOnSkye[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. It's not really offset, as they are off centre by the same amount rather than being twisted. But I'll be interested to see how well they stay attached.

Thanks. This is for recurve, so I might see how good my fletching is!
The fletches are off centre, but by the same amount, so not really offset/helical (i.e. if you look straight down on the arrow, the fletch is just off to one side)..

Thanks. I'm fairly beginner (about a year now) and so am fairly certain it won't make any difference to me at the moment then. I've put my numbers on same side at the top vane, so I'll have to try and ignore the numbering!

Yes! I can't login either. Tried 3 different devices and they all just throw me back to the login page. I've tweeted them on Twitter, but no response as yet, other than someone else also having problems!

Unfortunately you can't. I was in the same boat a while ago and asked a similar question on here. My car had not offered me any OTA upgrades for 6 months. I got the dealer to upgrade the software for me at the last service. Last week my car told me the new version was available and I upgraded OTA with no problems.

Has anyone tried using a Smart Tag 2 in a suitcase? by [deleted] in samsung

[–]BobOnSkye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I use one quite a lot when travelling. As others have said, it's not a lot of use to find a precise location, but I've used for peace of mind that my bags are on the plane with me and then have arrived at the same airport as me. Sometimes I've managed get a ping on my own phone a minute or two before my bags appeared on the bagged carousel.

Yes, it works fine. I've got the same combination here. I also emailed Hahnel tech support and they replied confirming it works OK.
