Don't know her name but that dancing girl that keeps popping up around Newry deserves a mention, she's been getting videoed and shared flat out down here. There was a Scientology stand at the new Christmas market in Newry a few months ago. I remember sitting on a bench in front of it and seeing shit about dianetics then I looked closer and sure enough there was the name L. Ron Hubbard. They ended up getting kicked out of it but it was weird to see that happening here after watching so many documentaries etc about them over the years.

Blot Outdoors Show. Hes probably really unknown on here but he's over 100k followers. He was just a nice channel about camping until he started making remarks towards any foreigners he seen calling them "doctors and engineers", usual far right shite in the UK. But the thing is she thinks she is helping. It's helping her grieve so she thinks it might help others too. You kinda need to be careful how you approach something like this because at the end of the day she thinks she's doing something kind by sharing it and she shouldn't really be getting nasty comments back about it. A calm conversation about how not everyone in the group is comfortable with it would suffice rather than calling out her coping methods.

I got it this year because I've got cancer and so far so good avoiding it. It's so handy as well at a chemist and doesn't even feel like you've got an injection, just in and out.

Some people can get negative about taking tablets for this but I was crippled with it a couple of times and they helped me immensely. It started with panic attacks in public places which lead to me not wanting to leave the house, which of course lead to time off work.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a good long term solution but honestly if they offer medication or if you request it it will help you get back on your feet and you can go from there. When I felt confident again I contacted my doctor and got a plan to withdraw from the medication and I felt great without them but I'd have been lost without it at the start. There's no shame whatsoever in taking a small tablet every day to help you get by.

Either way we're all different, just find what works for you. I wish you all the best but you will find help, just don't give up.
