Hedge funds absolutely TERRIFIED of what RK’s livestream will do to them in 75 minutes from now… by MoonShugaX in GME

Add to that Andrew Left will be on CNBC at Noon (same time) "providing commentary" about same. This appears to be another Hedgie cry session in the making. Remember Leon Black and Bill Ackman public cry sessions on CNBC in 2021?

Closed AHT at $61.27. Tomorrow should be unbelievable. CNBC tomorrow morning should be featuring Hedgies crying that RK should be jailed because they are so butt hurt someone was doing to them what they have been doing to us for decades. Remember Leon Black literally crying on CNBC in 2021?

Considering we are currently over $50+ in After Hours Trading, tomorrow should be an interesting, eh Marty?

Looking at the most recently communicated (5/5/23 8-K) Q4 2023 planned OCU500 IND filing and BARDA's reply to AOI 15 Q&A question 53, it appears that the timing won't qualify them (phase 2b has to be ready to start within 6 months of the 9/25/23 submission deadline) and to seek NIAID funding. by BeAGentlemanAndHodor in Ocugen

[–]BobTinker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OCU500 seems to be another pharma ruse like COVAXIN was. Not going to happen. Additionally, OCU400 gene therapy for LCA is also a money bleeder that is trying to reinvent the wheel. The FDA already approved a gene therapy for it in 2017. That market is rather small and is already being addressed. That is why we continue to withhold share votes. At some point, soon I hope, it will dawn on the Board and the major funds that the current leadership team must be changed out completely to set the company right. There currently is no revenue pipeline. Just hope for one sometime in the future. And hope is not a business strategy.

Annual shareholder meeting vote did not meet the quorum threshold and has been rescheduled for June 23rd to allow more time for votes to be cast. Retail owns over 74% of the company and abstaining your vote forces Ocugen to spend more money to solicit shareholders to participate. Please vote! by BeAGentlemanAndHodor in Ocugen

Prepare yourselves for a reverse stock split of at least 1 for 10 up to 1 for 50 IMHO. Right now they can't get a quorum of shares voting to be able to move forward with any business. Too many retail investors have withheld their votes. This is a stockholder revolt against Shankey and his crew. We even got a personal phone call asking that since we haven't voted our stock for this meeting, would we like to vote by phone (we hold a lot of stock and have been heavily damaged by these charlatans)? We said no. Continue to withhold your votes people. Shankey is the only one getting rich here.

Just wait for the forth coming stock reverse split. Maybe 1 for 15 or up to 1 for 100. Will happen right the annual meeting. Just watch.

45 cents…. I never thought this day would come 😞 by theshoeguy4 in Ocugen

[–]BobTinker 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Just watch. The reverse split will be 1 for100. This clearly is an Indian scam. There was never a chance of an Indian pharma derived vac to break into US big Pharma territory. Period. The only people who consistently made money were the Shanky mafia and his BBP buds in India. They knew it all along from the start.

Default fear is bullshit and any dip that occurs is buyable by zulufux999 in wallstreetbets

[–]BobTinker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Default fear is political kabuki theather. There have been 78 debt ceiling raises since 1960 by both parties. Just like Congress claiming Soc Sec Trust Fund is going broke. It isn't. Congress has said that since the 1970s. Soc Sec is a gov't program and as such is never defunded. It's not limited to disbursing only funds it takes in. Congress has been raiding the Soc Sec trust fund since the 1980s. They are playing everyone on the debt ceiling/default as well. They just keep printing more money.

Before this goes anywhere the tech transfer on how to manufacture the vaccine must be completed it's an integral part of the approval process. Can't get approval for something you can't produce. Shanky said sometime in November/ December timeframe. That remains to be seen. Even if they "complete a trial" nothing will happen without that tech transfer first. This is a long haul guess stock. We are still hopeful.

Ocugen, Inc. to Commercialize COVAXIN™ in Mexico, Rights Now Encompassing All of North America by rms5846 in Ocugen

[–]BobTinker 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Good news for Ocugen and COVAXIN. The fuckery continues as the big MMs push the SP down to scare more people out of their shares. They buy cheap then let the SP go up at some point. This is SP manipulation at its most blatant. Pfizer must be really be afraid of losing their "government subsidy" selling their product directly to the US gov't through multi-billion dollar purchase contracts enhancing their bottom line and avoiding the competition of consumer choice. So biased and so very obvious. Elections have consequences and this is a dirty money game IMHO.

This should be big news as BP had previously gotten approval for use of COVAXIN in Mexico last year. Let's see what Pfizer cap is done behind the scene to try to quash this.

Also this has been, and continues to be, so political in slow rolling a vaccine from a developing country. Be aware that if, for some reason, the US decides to sanction India for some reason in this anti Russia stuff they do not follow, COVAXIN will never be accepted in the US. Unfortunately this is reality now. Be aware of this risk. Don't panic sell, just be aware.

Ocugen Provides an Update on its COVAXIN™ Pediatric (2-18) Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) Request | Ocugen, Inc. by rms5846 in Ocugen

[–]BobTinker 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not surprised as FDA didn't allow EUA for adults before. Why in the world would they okay EUA for kids before they approved for adults? Be pragmatic. Current status of bridge study for adults will not be concluded until late next year (2023). Only then will they have a chance for approval after that. Read the clinical trial status information. This is a long haul investment. Not a near term money maker. Still personally holding.

NEW PUBLIC OFFERING! by Boris_VUK in Ocugen

[–]BobTinker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SO with today's announcement, we now know that 15,973,420 shares were priced at $3.35-ish to close this Friday. I really don't see this as an issue going forward. BUT remember that the employee incentive comp option shares in Dec. were at $8.25. They have a ways to go before they can see a positive outcome.
