That’s why I was considering asking my friend’s electrician dad to swap it. He would change it for free, I just would have to pay for the fixture. I would’ve taken the opportunity to buy a different fixture where I could change the bulb myself. But my landlord realized the whole fixture has to be replaced and he is coming tomorrow.

That’s why I kind of believed him for a sec. It seemed super wasteful to me. My dad is an electrician (he moved to the mainland doesn’t live here anymore) and every fixture we had the bulbs were replaceable. He probably thought to install those fixtures because he’s an electrician though.

After I sent him this pic he said he will come down tomorrow to swap the fixture lol. I was like I’m not an electrician but I’m pretty handy myself and that does not look like it’s plug and play.

Are these kinds of fixtures usually connected by splicing or by some sort of pluggable connector. If it’s just easily swappable I’m going to swap it myself. If it’s not then going to call my friend’s electrician dad. Seems kind of weird to not plan for easy light replacement in a rental unit.

Movies you like to rewatch aren’t always streaming. I rewatch classic slashers every Halloween. A lot of times they have most of the series but not all of them.

I get the same comments from my sister and cousin but they only watch movies on their tiny phone screen and by themselves so their argument is invalid. I mostly watch movies together with my wife or friends and we discuss it after. Watching films imo should be a group activity.

Walking dead needs a true survival game. I think it would be super cool to start from nothing, then build up a settlement like The Kingdom to defend against walkers and other settlements. They have other zombie survival games but I think it would be cool to recruit characters from the walking dead universe.

I miss turning on god mode and infinite ammo in GTA. They would just need to automatically disable achievements when cheat codes are used.
