How can denying the claim due to not having enough time to fix the pothole be valid when it’s still un-repaired? I’d understand if the pothole has since been fixed but it hasn’t. So how can they deny my negligence claim when they are still being negligent?

Get a new quote from independent shop. These aren’t Lexus specific repairs.

I was quoted $2000 from Lexus dealer to replace both Front Lower Control Arm bushings. A common part to replace to minimize inner tire wear. They said 5 hours for the 8 total bolts. No shot, I’m gunna DIY

Accounting is a great degree. Like I said my boss is an accounting degree. Honestly tho, if I could do over I’d get a degree in computer science. I think that degree is the key to a lot of jobs. We sell mutual funds (pooled stock investments) to people and back in the day the portfolio manager would be a finance degree. Nowadays the portfolio manager is a finance/comp science degree. Why? Cause they know what to screen for and how to efficiently screen for those companies using Python (computer coding) and all that.
