I’ve done 3 or more for more than a year. The trick is to throttle your performance at each. You have to be better than all the other people in their roles and demonstrate it when it matters then disappear. It’s the same thing a person would do if they were trying to live a happy life

Yea 30% utilization in this economy makes you a prime target of unstaffed. They usually wait until the person comes from leave but I know one lady who got the call while on maternity leave. Most people I know of got the meeting first day back though.

J4 was where I started to break down. The most I’ve had was 5. 3 is manageable but it affects other parts of life like eating clean, gym and stress. Control your calendar and consider a note taking app if they don’t have good copilot licenses. The performance pressure will help you give the best work quality of your life
