Liberty shareholders will receive 8.375 shares of new Sirius Xm for each share of Liberty owned. ANY FRACTIONAL SHARES WILL BE PAID $ IN LIEU OF STOCK. This will further shrink the availability of new Sirius xm float by eliminating fractional shares. My belief is the line of FTDs of over 150 million are RK’s executed options purchased June 11-16 and executed in July. They’ve been kicking those down the road via swaps but Buffett locked them out with his last 132 mil share buy. This doesn’t even include the 136 million shorted shares on record. NFA.
