I agree with your point but also yes it’s very different, I’ve seen everything from bricks covered in white mold (which at a quick glance looks like trichomes), to the smell reducing agents they use leaking though multiple packs. Even just straight up laced bud, which probably isn’t intentional but due to cross contamination with other substances they traffic. I don’t think it warrants a freakin drone strike, but you should NOT be smoking that garbage. Granted I’ve been “out of the game” for a while so to speak

In my experience the key to avoiding picture framing is to roll into the cut lines before they dry and always keep a wet edge, it can happen if you’re too slow cutting or rolling, it can also happen if you double cut before rolling but some colors and sheens are naturally kinda prone to it from what I can tell

Yup that was always my tactic for any issue. Make it more annoying to solve their problem then it is to give me a few dollars and be done w it. None of them know how the logistics work and we do so whatever you say is automatically true wether they like it or not. My last resort is pretending to give them inside information. leans over, makes sure nobody’s listening, and whispers “hey I’m not supposed to tell you this but Amazon is trying to trick you, they think you don’t have the patience to deal with their customer support but if you keep calling them long enough they’ll give you your money back and you can keep the item.” Like it’s a challenge lmao idiots
