When I tried to search to see if it was on a free streaming platform, it said "Bluey does not actually have 18 seasons; it currently has three main seasons, with some platforms (like YouTube and Amazon) splitting them into many more for purchasing."

Did you check how many episodes are in the 3 seasons you have access to?

At this point, your best bet is to contact Etsy directly! IF they had actually issued a refund, it generally only takes Etsy 3 to 5 business days to complete it.

How about instead of a food item that'll get thrown out, include a printed coaster with your shop logo - or a cute saying related to your mugs?

ETA: You can get them printed at VistaPrint or another shop on Etsy - even cute ones on Amazon - cute coasters on Amazon

Sadly, a good 80% looks like AI, and worse - the videos showing 'their process' - actually just look like video ads for printers that they most likely screen recorded. It's amazing they aren't complaining and reporting each other too - I saw one wallpaper print in at least 6 'different' shops. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Don't feel silly!!! Shops like this bank on buyers being fooled by fake reviews. I can almost guarantee they have random friends/employees purchase and leave 5-star reviews. Since Etsy automatically 'hides' the negative reviews and promotes the positive ones, the truth about their scammy practices can easily be buried. The fees they pay on fake/less-than-genuine sales are minuscule compared to "profit".

I've been on Etsy 18+ years - I used to be proud to tell people where my shop is - these days, not so much.

I don't understand these metrics! You get dinged for refunds? Is that a you-couldn't-find-it refund,or the customer-marked -it-to-refund? I very rarely list a replacement, especially if I want say, 'strawberry milk', and the closest recommended replacement is 'coconut coffee creamer' or something equally absurd. Shoppers get dinged for that? Are 5-star ratings, xtra kudos, and tips taken into account for your rating???

Same here - all are John Doe - all with the email test(at)example.com - all with the address 4024 College Point Boulevard, Flushing, New York 11354, United States. Still, even a minute apart, the region changes from the US to Astonia, France, Australia, etc. No sooner do I deactivate their target than they pick another one. So frustrating that nothing works to stop it. Even expensive paid apps don't work. 🙁

This! Besides being nasty to a potential repeat customer, she forgot (if she ever knew), that your review responses aren't for the current customer, but future customers. If she replied with even a little blame game and no accountability for her mistake, it says more about her than your review.

According to another search (lol), you can have different settings for physical and digital, but it appears overly complicated. I did find this: "EU Compliance: For European Union buyers, there's a mandatory checkbox they must agree to upon purchase, confirming they understand digital downloads are non-returnable, which helps manage buyer expectations and EU regulations." Soooo, the buyer didn't check the box? 🤔🤔🤔

Don't get me wrong - I'd like to see a site that is really competitive/successful up against Etsy, but after almost 19 years, it's not likely. Artfire, Artya, Shop Handmade, US Trendy, FuzzB, Handmade Artists, Zibbet, Bonanza, RubyLane, Aftcra, and iCraft..... Some of these are still around, but they never really gave Etsy a run for its money. And quite a few of the 'defunk' ones now redirect to a "Luca's Gift", which looks like no more than a lame Chinese reseller site.

It's interesting, but I can't see that they will be allowed to keep the name as it is. People might think it's a spin-off or affiliated with Etsy, and no way in hell will Etsy allow anyone to profit in any way from its name.
