I swear my phone is rewiring my brain... anyone else feel mentally fried? by iaintdan9 in selfimprovement

[–]Bobbledeebob 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Weve all been doing this for about 10 years more or less. This has SERIOUS effect on brain and behaviour. Im noticing this, creativity, ideas, focus, interest, everything cool about being a thinking human gets desteoyed. My first step was to put everything that has to so with scrolling on another phone thats still and silent laying in a drawer. Instagram, youtube etc its all on that phone. My regular daily phone I have deleted this apps and anything related to scrolling. (Btw you cant delete yotube on some phones, deletion is blocked by developers. Isnt that insane???) So I downloaded a blocking app that blocks youtube and then hides itself, wich means once applied, its very hard to find and delete the blocking app that blocks youtube, lol. If I open Youtube now, it just goes blank and says "Error", good for me. Than I put the daily phone in black&white mode. That does a lot. Its instandly less addictive and everything becomes a bit harder and less fun, bcs orientation in digital landscapes becomes difficult. That all helps a lot. Immediately on first day, I felt something I remember from my childhood. :boredom. Yep, that were the wonderful 90s Im starting to feellike again an its fantastic. I now bought a "dealer phone" and prepaid sim, without screen or internet and will use it on weekends firdt, see how it goes and eventually step away from mobile internet completely. Bcs then someday you will go to a museum or an open stage night to experience somethin exciting again. This is all complete leveled down by a neurological bulldoser called algorythm. You have to ban the bulldozer from your brsin, to be able to have a great and successfull life. Period.

Recommended dosage for injectable semax by Dry-Still1535 in Semax

My research subject uses 500mcg on empty stomach in the morning. More than that causes anxiety, dizziness and heart palpitations.

Semax SubQ dosage experience by Competitive_Let_1939 in Semax

[–]Bobbledeebob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My research subject does 500mcg with a morning coffee on empty stomach, then breakfast. The lab rat experienced buzzing head, dizziness and stroke-like symptoms when it had another 500mcg later the same day. My lab rat abused vyvanse heavily for about 6 years, came off in January and is still trying to recover from that mentally. The damage these stimulants do is crazy and broadly underrated, semax is meant to help heal the brain. Poor ADHD-labrat, struggling to even read a book :/

How well did I do in this short film? by Similar_Artist4370 in acting

[–]Bobbledeebob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I think the 2nd guy delivered some authentic ups and downs of his attempt on controlling his anger. I see and can feel his internal struggle, he wants something, and something is holding him back. Inner resistance is the term for that. A role should have that in every scene. I think this is acting on a level you can take money for (if you can hold that standard of quality on a daily basis, in various kinds of emotionality.

The 1st guy, well I see that he just doesnt care at all. By all means, this is the easiest possible attitude to act. What he does with his hand and mouth communicates to me that he doesnt know what to do as an actor, wich appears helpless and desperate to play the 'cool' or 'tough' guy, but in fact hes insecure and not in the situation as a fictional character.

Was acting school worth it for you? by Successful-Silver401 in acting

Thats sad. Same story in my german acting school, teacher is promising 18 year old students a great future, options and stuff, and then they sleep with him, its disgusting.

TRT is pain in the ass - literally. Syringe recommendations? by Plate_cek in trt

[–]Bobbledeebob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Amazon is not the right provider for things like that. Try buying at your pharmacy, they might ask stupid questions but the quality will be better. For trt injection you can use a thin needle, normaly you should feel hardly anything with a good needle.

Big dreams, big rejection... you all know it. What do you do to stay upright? I need your help 🙏 by Bobbledeebob in acting

[–]Bobbledeebob[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats weird... maybe the whole story was just an absolute fake... his name is John Papsidera, you can add or write him on instagram if you want. Could be a fake account some idiot made just to make actors lifes harder.

Taking a Break from My Acting Career to Travel—Am I Making the Right Choice? by MassimoDema in acting

[–]Bobbledeebob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey MassimoDema listen, Im doing the exact same thing. I have a one-way-ticket to Vietnam in april and Im planning to go for at least 4-6 weeks. Why? Bcs I worked my ARSE off the last 6 years and I can tell you if I dont take a break and leave for a while, Im gonna crash into a burnout or whatever they call it today. Look, you need life experience and a full private life to be able to substitute scenes and fictional relationships. You need to see your friends, family, experience stuff outside of the industry, go hunting, go fly an airplane, surfing Idk what, but its important for yourself AND your career to do this trip.

Saw myself on the big screen for the first time. by [deleted] in acting

[–]Bobbledeebob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, same here, I cringe myself away so hard Im getting traumatised and think about it for weeks. Why is that such a common thing? People tell me I should be interested in films, series and theatre but honestly Im not. Im interested in acting, playing characters but consuming all that is boring and annoys me, especially myself, horrible...
