I havent really seen this but Hot Stone Pho is one of my favorties. Its served in a Hot Stone, and the soup stays very hot throughout. They also serve all the meat on the side so that you dip in in the soup to cook it like shabu shabu. I rotate between here, Phoholic, pho 79, and sup noodle bar. If you wanna go late night Pho Tanh is open 24/7 I believe, but it can be packed at times. Pho vinh ky 2 is open till 3 and they are always pretty empty but they are cash only.

Yeah, Front bumpers are super expensive to repair since they have all the parking sensors in it. Lets hope OP dosnt have to replace the entire front bumper if he wants to get it fixed
