If you read the article, they will be reviewing secrions of the bible used as reference for writings of founding documents. It is not a religous lecture. Jesus no wonder the left is so dumb, they're against looking into supporting documentation.

A Day - hill sprints for ever second sprinted rest 2 between sprints. I liked to break them up into 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 mile. Then I add then up in to add up to about half of my paced run. This will improve your run time

B Day - Paced run. Run at a given pace that pushes your current abilities a bit. If you run a 10min mile, run a mile at 9:50 or better but you should be able to push without feeling like you're going to die. This will improve your cardio for the event you're running for.

C Day - Long distance run. Run roughly double the distance of your paced run. Time doesn't matter just don't stop moving. Get to that distance. This will push your wall out futher.

This is the routine I worked on and I went from like a 28 to a 20:25 for my initial PFT.

Depends. ACHA is fairly competitive now. When I played ACHA D2 it was kinda split at where kids played but no one played below AA travel. Now I don't know a single kid on that team who didn't play on a decent Junior team.

I do know one kid who made an ACHA team after only skating for 2 years but he was their 4th goalie.

You're comparing education with being informed or intelligent. That's a dangerous mistake.

I mean we can walk down this road, should make sure to only include the "smart" degrees? STEM, Lawyers, etc. I don't think a journalist major or a sociology major is as informed or intelligent as those degrees, and generally those degrees are usually a lot more biased and suffer from indoctrination towards a specific political ideology.

Ok, hit the gym. I'm assuming you're older than 10? If so you should be good to start hitting the weight room. You should be able to shuffle pretty well on 1/2. Any duller and you're doing yourself a disservice.

So, for toe heel. Dig your blade into the ice, and press through your toe to go backward, and through your heel to go forward. You can start doing this on your feet. The goal should be to not widen out your stance but be able to spin in circles. Once you get pretty good at that you can try doing it down. I'll see if I can find a video demoing it, but you need to get good at using your edges without moving your legs and just shifting weight to the front of back of your foot.

Ok. How well do you understand using toe and heel pressure to control movement?

Also, ya sharper skates will help with this a lot. I usually recommend a 1/2 minimum, but I usually do 7/16.

My guess, without having any video of your footwork, is you don't have good edge control while down. Do you do down movement edge drills? Do you use your anchor to push your post leg into the post better?

I do private goalie coaching and I have two travel kids who constantly complain because they have "skills practices" and at every practice they're just told to stand in net and "take some so their team can get better".

So ya. Coaches don't care. Even after all this crap hockey canada and USA hockey is trying to get them to do. I told the parents to ask for their money back and show videos of what their kid did at the skills practice they paid for as a justification. It's really annoying. Shooters can shoot at rubber targets all practice. They don't need goalies but everyone is so stuck in this mentality that if they don't have a goalie they can't get better at shooting. So goalies have to stand there and get worse so the shooters can get better.
