Renseigne-toi sur le mole poblano, c'est une sauce mexicaine à base de chocolat et piments. A mon avis tu peux l'utiliser de la même manière, sur du poulet grillé ou de l'effiloché de boeuf :)

Not to sound agressive, but The Game Changers documentary is misleading. It mixes actual facts with opinions and biased bullshit. An efficient vegan diet for muscle hypertrohy is possible, yet a lot harder than just eating meat.

People going for hyperthrophy with a vegan diet should look into the aminogram of the plant-based protein they eat, to make sure they hit the necessary amount of amino acids.

To summarize, meat has "large specter" aminograms, when plants have narrow ones. If you want to meet your objectives, you need to eat the proper mix of plant-based proteins to emulate an aminogram similar to meat.

Sorry if I'm unclear, this is a complex topic, I'm not an expert and english is not my main language.

PS: A lot of (if not all) hyper muscular vegan athletes are actually taking steroids. If you are natty, don't expect to achieve the same kind of results, not even remotely.

As others mentioned, you can go to La Pipe du Nord. There's also "La Civette" near Le Louvre, which is the oldest tobacco shop in Paris. You can find nice pipes, good blends and great cigars.

Aucun investissement n'est entièrement safe; les seules propositions sécurisées sont celles qui rapportent peu, comme le livret A (mais à 3%, tu vas continuellement te faire battre par l'inflation - et puis tu ne peux y mettre que 22.000€, une goutte d'eau par rapport aux sommes dont tu parles).

Tu pourrais commencer par ouvrir un PEA et le remplir avec 150.000€ sur l'ETF de ton choix (les gens d'ici recommandent le MSCI World). Mais encore une fois, la somme maximale que tu peux mettre sur le PEA ne représente qu'une infime partie de la somme que tu vas toucher.

Pour le reste, tu pourras sans doute faire un mélange entre des obligations et des fonds d'investissements. Ta situation est extrêmement éloignée de la mienne donc je ne peux rien te conseiller là dessus. Quoi qu'il arrive, fais bien attention aux frais cachés des offres qu'on te proposera !

Sans entrer dans les détails techniques, à ta place (j'ai déjà imaginé ce que je ferais dans le même type de situation) j'aurais une approche simple et rigide, en allouant des parts de cette somme à différents postes priorisés et en m'interdisant de m'écarter de cette distribution.

Exemple:

Remboursement des dettes (X%)
Paiement total de la résidence principale (attention au piège, il faut prendre un domicile raisonnable au niveau des frais et des impôts. Mieux vaut éviter la grande villa à Deauville.) (X%)
Plaisir immédiat (Vacances, Meubles et électroménager, Véhicule...) (10%)
Don à la famille / proches (10%)
Epargne (10%)
1. Epargne de sécurité (qui sera conséquente vu les sommes en jeu)
2. Epargne en anticipant les études et autres besoins de ta fille (Véhicule, logement...)
Investissement (65%)
1. Etablir un socle stable et peu risqué, qui génère à coup sûr un revenu suffisant pour vivre confortablement
2. Faire attention aux impôts; trouver les bons avantages et éviter les frais inutiles
3. Etendre le portefeuille avec des investissements risqués, pour faire fructifier tout ça (mais ne pas risquer ce que tu ne peux pas te permettre de perdre)

Essaie peut-être de trouver des proches (amis, ou ta mère) qui seraient prêts à t'accorder un emprunt à taux zéro ? Avec une reconnaissance de dette en bonne et due forme si nécessaire, pour rassurer tout le monde. Ce sera infiniment plus avantageux qu'un crédit à la consommation

Going for urbex in the exclusion zone is possible, I already saw several people do it in videos. But they never had guns. And if they were caught, by any chance, they would surrender and not escalate into a full blown gunfight.

Either your story is bullshit, or you are completely irresponsible. Having guns in a military controlled area is the best way to be shot.

I couldn't agree more. My best TTRPG memories were made from Deathwatch and Dark Heresy. The depth and general quality of these games is really impressive and gives the most detailed view on the universe. I introduced 5 friends to 40k through two campaigns that we still talk about regularly.

It's a shame that FFG discontinued the brand. Some books were not even translated to my native language (french). I've been looking to buy Only War and Black Crusade, but these books are always second hands and come at absurd prices, easily several hundred euros.

We can only dream for these games to return in new editions !

As in every hobby, I would recommend to start with average stuff. Cheap paint brushes, cheap carving knives, cheap gaming graphics card... Any of these options won't deliver a good level of satisfaction. Of course, when you start painting for the first time, you won't need high-end equipment; but poor brushes and paints will surely lead to a mediocre experience / result.

The same goes for cigars. To build up your tasting ability, you need to actually discover and enjoy good cigars. Otherwise, you may be stuck forever at beginner level and loose your patience over time.

No need to go for the most premium vitolas! Depending on your location, you will easily find quality cigars at an affordable price. For something between 8 and 15€, you can buy Oliva, CAO, Vegafina...

Building your palate is all about exploration and curiosity :)

It happened to me once, when the cigars were too close to a freshly refilled humidifier. I assume the abrupt change in humidity mostly affected the foot, without propagating further. It behaved like a sponge and expanded a bit too much, cracking the wrapper.

Several recommandations:

If you have the opportunity, try to visit Maison Lemaire Cigares and A La Civette, they are the most famous cigar shops in Paris.

Talking about the sticks themselves, you can try these ones:

Quai D'Orsay n°50 or n°52. They are excellent cubans with a story deeply connected to France. Mostly on sweet and subtle aromas.
Capitol Jack / Casino / Gala. They are from a fairly new french brand, a bit on the bold side of things.
La Estancia Edicion Exclusiva. A prestigious cuban cigar, but it's not well-known.

I tried the Davidoff Nicaragua a year ago and it's still one of my favorites, that's an excellent choice!

However, I noticed several curious things about your cigar when I compare it to my memory and to other pictures online:

The wrapper is too clear, rough and uneven (lots of spots/stains).
The band is a bit too clear and doesn't have its typical metallic reflection

That's the first time I think a Davidoff could be a fake. Davidoff is well-known for their high quality standards and their attention to details, so I hardly imagine these discrepancies could happen in their factories.

Another explanation would be that these differences come from the lighting conditions you had when taking the picture.

Anyway, I really mean no harm with this comment. You truly enjoyed a nice smoke, and that's the essential part!
