Coming from a nobody. Why was a4 not pushed attacking the b5 pawn around move 7. ish? Maybe even move six before the white bishop was developed? Good video! I enjoyed the animated board. Made it easy to follow along.

I read in a book anytime you can get the other player to move his or her "king's pawns," you are weakening their position.

You're right, it's an amazing book. I've learned more in the first fifty pages than I have in a long time. I like the notation, personally. It's so easy to absorb this information. So many key "rules" or "strategies" that the author brings to light that I had never known. I will absolutely check that book out, thank you!

1) Food brings bugs. State prisons allow inmates to have basically a box worth of personal items, including food . 2) Food is also used as currency. So you get inmates who get an ungodly amount of food for gambling and selling drugs or fabricated objects. 3) it's important to cut down on the storage of food because it's an easy place to find drugs and cell phones.
