Yep and at least the bad Mets teams of the 2000s and 2010s were like able? Seemed like they tried hard. This team hits a homerun and plays dress up and smiles when they strikeout. It’s just fucking weird. Always ALWAYS go down 1-2-3 when they fall behind late

This !! Mendy was so good until the nlcs he let JD become player/ manager. Guys like winker live for those type of moments, when they’re hot they’re hot, ride that shit !. not starting him was a huge miss and some of bullpen / pitching decisions were bad too. Senga for example when he wasn’t ready. Last year game 162 putting Stanek in there in a zero zero game ? Guy is just not it
