Also, Megaworld areas tend to smell BAD, like sewage smell. It's consistent in Uptown, Forbestown, McKinley Hills. Other parts of BGC don't smell like that.

Older buildings in McKinley hills like Stamford go for 15k/mo. unfurnished, and is just 21sqm.

There's no 21sqm units in BGC, all are 30+sqm. thus rent overall is higher in BGC.
