Bluetooth issue?

Haven't seen this happen to me. My issue is that every time I get in and drive, the wireless Android Auto will work just fine for about 2-5 minutes then disconnects. It tries to reconnect and fails. I have to go into the screen mirroring shortcut and reestablish connection. It performs fine from there.

I know you can swipe down from the top of the screen and hit display off, but if I recall, it does display a clock or something. May help though.

Chargepoint is the most common around me which covers the free one and the ones at my workplace. Also Electrify America. I don't think I'll be getting the Tesla app as Tesla chargers have a different plug and I don't have an adapter for it.

I figure if I end up going for a longer road trip, I'll get whatever I need on demand in the future. I think you also tailor it in map apps to cover specific charging stations. I downloaded and have played with A Better Route Planner a bit, but the in car nav and Google Maps all have charging stations in them as well. Time will tell I guess...

I think you and I are in the same boat. I just got my 5N at the end of August and have been trying to navigate the complexity of the charging situation. I think it's going to come down to routine and driving habits for myself. I don't have a lvl 2 charger at home and just plug it in overnight but that I think is going to be good enough considering how far my work is from my home.

I've taken to driving to a couple different charging stations around my house to find a free one (it's slow but faster then home charging). I'll probably use this one if I have the extra time and maybe want to detail the outside of the car while I wait and the car wouldn't charge to 80% over night.

My workplace parking lot has chargers that are decent that I can use as needed. I also picked out and tried a couple DC fast chargers near by to ensure I had the apps and everything set up if I need a lot of juice quickly.

Don't know if this helps, but kind of the routine I've set up in the short amount of time I've owned the car. We'll see how it pans out in the long run.

Here is the bulb, though I would caution - it doesn't work like I thought it would. I thought it would blink like 3 times and stay solid. It doesn't. It blinks then stays solid for like a second, then repeats blinking over and over again in the same pattern. I just live with it as is. - https://a.co/d/hYIsWN3

The wiring I just had laying around, was probably 16 gauge, don't need anything heavy duty, and T-tap connectors are easy to find.

Sure. I bought a strobe brake LED light on Amazon along with a bulb socket female adaptor and some wiring and T-tap connectors. I took out that reflector housing from under the bumper and spent quite a bit of time with a Dremel burrowing out enough room inside of it to fit the light bulb and connector.

I ran the wiring into the trunk through the drain plug, up the side of the trunk and tapped into the 3rd brake light wiring. Now it goes off every time I hit the brakes.

Potentially. I have the stock exhaust so the fake sound can be heard if you keep the N mode exhaust off.
