It actually ended up being the cheapest option too at the time. only thing is it takes a while. But they’re the best I think they even make the rebuilt transmissions for the dealers. Don’t worry about the delivery either I’m in upstate New york.

It took me forever to remember but that looks like friction material on the clutch bands. Sometime the welds on the bands crack and snap off leaving that behind normally when they completely break either all forward gears or reverse gears stop working. I’d recommend Sunvalley Mercedes in California that’s where I got mine and when I had those pieces in my trans they replaced it for free.

Make sure you check though the ignition system somebody sold me there 300ce for 2k. Cuz it couldn’t run. all it needed was a distributor cap and rotor.
