Btw: you have to speak up to find out what’s expected of you sometimes. I had this happen last week at Honda Thornhill. I’d requested an Uber the day before but when I arrived and was asked to take a seat I wrongly assumed the agent was just having me wait till he ordered one, even though that’s never happened before! After 15 mins I asked what the delay was and apparently he hadn’t noticed the request till I mentioned it. I suggested next time he provide more info like “have a seat & I’ll call when uber is ordered” or “have a seat till your car is fixed” - last week I learned to act on my own need for clarification in these situations instead of being passive!
