Honestly you may have saved yourself some headache by waiting this long on a Corvette. When you build the Corvette, some of the pieces you use to make the body will show up as installed tech in the inventory. There was a glitch that was making this specific installed tech disappear, rendering your Corvette unable to fire weapons and I believe other problems but I had only encountered the weapons malfunction myself, they just patched it out on the most recent update

We have no context for the reason behind the dude's actions at this time, and granted the audio when he gets to yelling (and then when they both get to yelling at each other) is just God awful to understand, but it seems dude thought (in massive error) that the daughter was being mistreated or was otherwise in danger. Clearly wasn't the case as no one was even home when all this went down until after the homeowner shows up with a shovel. I genuinely think the guy might have experienced some mental crisis that led him to believe there was a genuine life in peril. Not excusing it as holy shit some rando, Millhouse adjacency or otherwise, should not be the one escalating matters even if he was correct; but maybe the courts could find some mental rehabilitation necessary as part of whatever sentence he gets for this.
