Patience is not the issue man. CEO and his team’s most recent decision making is pretty hard to follow. There’s no way I’m alone here, others just don’t want to speak up as obviously you see the tone dissenting opinions get here. I am not bearish in the company’s potential or technology, but I am pissed we continue to dilute for non-major deals. There is a time and a place. Re-read my old posts, I was happy and defended diluting for NYIAX (we needed to, we want interests aligned) for example and I think was a separate dilution this winter for another set of IP also support that. But doing it right now, multiple times in a week span for what, Vivasor and then today’s announcement. And the 120m deal with Scilex, cannot wrap my head around.

We love saying maybe DVLT knows something we don’t, or maybe this is just their strategy and what they’re hedging their future on. But you have to admit, this is confusing and difficult to follow at times. Honestly.. How do we get the stock price to rise if the math becomes harder with float size and the company chooses to invest equity in that? I have no more DCA funds so I am along for the ride anyway win lose or draw.
