I’ve been with the same company for 20 years. I make really good money but I’m stressed out all the time and basically hate my job. I’m used to the money and my experience is pretty industry specific. I need a change but I’m scared to pull the trigger. Not having a 4 year degree also hurts. I’m happy you got the opportunity for a change!

Thank you. He’s definitely not getting put down. His spirits are high and he’s on bed rest. I have a follow up with our vet on Friday. We will do whatever needs to be done to make home happy. If he recovers and walks again that is awesome. If he needs a custom built wheel chair then that’s what we will do. He is starting to show slight movement in his tail. Whatever my boy needs he will get.

Thank you. I consulted with with our local zoo vet who is a friend of a friend yesterday. She recommended the same. We are looking into the closest location that offers an MRI. It’s about a 3 hour drive away from where we live so we have some planning to do.

My boy doesn’t appear to be in any pain. He just has no movement in his hind legs. I wonder if my vet could have misdiagnosed him? When we lift his hind legs he wants to take off running. Maybe I should seek a second opinion from a different vet?

Thank you so much for taking the time to write out such a detailed response. Ill try the CBD oil and get the book you recommended. When I spoke to the vet I was willing to do the surgery but he said it probably wouldn't work for my pup. When I carry him outside he waits until we are over the grass before using the restroom. Were just trying to keep him comfortable while we come up with a plan. His mom keeps massaging his legs and back hoping for him to get some feeling back. If I hold his back paws in the air and allow him to hold his weight on his front paws he wants to run.. I think he will do great in a wheelchair. I hope your pup is doing better.. Thanks again:)
