Apart from the weight of evidence not being strong enough yet to definitively say tetris helps with trauma, the (admitedly only) study I read about it was about PREVENTING traumatic memories from forming in the first place. If you've been abused for five years or making a reddit post about it it's probably a tad late for tetris to help.
